At Jim Corbett Budget Safari, we aim to provide you with a seamless booking experience for your wildlife adventure. Please review our Payment & Cancellation Policy to ensure a clear understanding of the terms associated with your reservations:
Payment Terms:
Booking Confirmation:
- To secure your reservation, a non-refundable booking amount may be required.
- The booking amount will be communicated to you during the booking process.
- Your reservation will be confirmed upon successful receipt of the booking amount.
Full Payment:
- Full payment details, including deadlines, will be provided during the booking process.
- Timely payment is crucial to guarantee your safari, accommodations, and other services.
Payment Methods:
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure online payment options.
- Ensure that your chosen payment method is valid and has sufficient funds for a smooth transaction.
Cancellation Policy:
Resort Booking Cancellation:-
- 25% charge if cancelled 31 days to 45 days in advance of the check-in date.
- 35% charge if cancelled 16 days to 30 days in advance of the check-in date.
- 50% charge if cancelled 08 days to 15 days in advance of the check-in date.
- 50% charge if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
- 100% charge (No Refund) if cancelled 07 days in advance of the check-in-date.
- In case of a no-show with no communication about cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
Changing Reservation Dates
- In case of date change, the existing booking needs to be cancelled as per the cancellation policy.
- Reservation of rooms on new dates will be subject to availability.
Jeep Safari and Canter Safari Cancellation:-
- Amount is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable once booked and confirmed.
- Jeep Safari once booked and confirmed cannot be rescheduled for another day or time.
Night Stay at Forest Rest House of Jim Corbett National Park Cancellation:-
- Amount is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable once booked and confirmed.
- Night stay at Dhikala Forest Lodge cannot be rescheduled for another day or time.
Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation and the nature of the reservation.
- The specific cancellation charges will be communicated to you during the booking process.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the outlined cancellation charges.
- The refund process will be initiated promptly, and the timeline may vary based on your payment method.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Certain bookings may be non-refundable, and this will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
- Please carefully consider the refund policy before confirming your reservation.
Modification and Amendments:
Changes to Bookings:
- Jim Corbett Budget Safari reserves the right to modify itineraries, safari schedules, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances or park regulations.
- Guests will be notified of any changes, and alternatives will be explored whenever possible.
Amendments to Payment & Cancellation Policy:
- Jim Corbett Budget Safari may update the Payment & Cancellation Policy, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
